Her quickness continued throughout the entire time we worked with her. Anytime we had a question, she would find the answer and get back to us within a day. My husband and I were doubting our ability to come up with the down payment and Jumana gave us time and space to think it over without being pushy. She also made sure to check in on us and our decision. We are thankful that she didn't give up on us because we ended up realizing we could afford the down payment and were in our new home within about a month from putting in our offer! Buying a home can be a complicated process so it helps to have someone on your side who is willing to help when needed. we would (and have) definitely recommend Jumana to others looking to buy a home.

Although I chose differently, she was there helping my husband and I the whole time making our decision on what we want and where we live. She answered any questions I had and filtered out the houses I didn't want.

However, if she didn't know the answer to the question we had she found out and got right back to us. She was enjoyable to work with and was very down to earth and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend here to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home.

She was able to even accommodate showing us homes on Saturday only due to my work schedule. We ended up waiting on buying a home until we could build our budget more. Would I call her for help finding a home again?? You bet I would!!

Very knowledage of the area, very professional. She gave great advice to me and was very accomodating to my needs and requests.

She was courteous and kind and allowed us to see many houses in a trip. We did end up with difficulties in the condition of the house we were buying (sellers trashed the house) and felt she could have "gone to bat" for us a bit more, rather than telling us the seller's realtor was "not happy with us". It all worked out fine, and we did close on the scheduled day. All in all, I would recommend Jumana as a realtor. She is a very nice and sincere person.

Jumana was able to accommodate our schedule and work with us in a timely,efficient manner that took much of the stress out of the home buying experience. Jumana was there from deciding which houses to book for showing until closing day.
