Jumana was quick to respond to my request for information about a local home for sale. Her quickness continued throughout the entire time we worked with her. Anytime we had a question, she would find the answer and get back to us within a day. My husband and I were doubting our ability to come up with the down payment and Jumana gave us time and space to think it over without being pushy. She also made sure to check in on us and our decision. We are thankful that she didn't give up on us because we ended up realizing we could afford the down payment and were in our new home within about a month from putting in our offer! Buying a home can be a complicated process so it helps to have someone on your side who is willing to help when needed. we would (and have) definitely recommend Jumana to others looking to buy a home.

Jumana was always prompt and available for house showings which was very important to us as our home was sold and we needed to find another ASAP! She was courteous and kind and allowed us to see many houses in a trip. We did end up with difficulties in the condition of the house we were buying (sellers trashed the house) and felt she could have "gone to bat" for us a bit more, rather than telling us the seller's realtor was "not happy with us". It all worked out fine, and we did close on the scheduled day. All in all, I would recommend Jumana as a realtor. She is a very nice and sincere person.

We had a very low budget, Jumana worked with us and gave us a large selection of homes to choose for. She was able to even accommodate showing us homes on Saturday only due to my work schedule. We ended up waiting on buying a home until we could build our budget more. Would I call her for help finding a home again?? You bet I would!!

About Jumana McManus
I was born in Jerusalem, Israel. Moved here when I was 2 years old and was raised in Toledo, OH. I attended grade school here, Notre Dame Academy High School and then Graduated from the University of Toledo with a BBA in Business and Marketing. I have worked in the Employment Coordinating, Staffing and Recruiting Industry as a Sales Executive, Recruiter and Coordinator. I moved to Customer Sales and service, from there to District Management and then Real Estate. I have worked for Fortune 500 Companies, like Ford Motor Company and Avon Products North America. I got married and moved to New York and started my Real Estate Career there before relocating back to Northwest Ohio. I have been a Realtor for 12 years and I am licensed in both New York and Ohio. I love meeting people and working with the community. I love volunteering for Animal Organizations, the Arts, and other community based organizations.
